Sweden: We use two different shipping carriers and the rate will vary depending on the weight of the products you order. Postnord usually ranges between 29-99 SEK. Budbee usually ranges between 69-149 SEK. Our vases can only be shipped with Budbee whom yet unfortunately does not operate everywhere in Sweden. 

Pick up: All products are eligible and free of charge to be picked up at our studio in Malmö, Sweden. If you encounter problems with this during checkout and would like to find another shipping solution, email sales@sylecollectionhome.com. 

Within Europe: We use budbee in Denmark, Finland and The Netherlands and the rate usually ranges between 79-149 SEK. Email us to get a proper quote and find the best shipping solution if you live in another European country.

Many of our solutions are produced on demand with the purpose of minimizing unnecessary resource use. That is why we ask our customers to bare with us and allow up to 7 days upon shipment after placed order. We will provide exact shipment estimation once an order is placed.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for paying and tracking the return package. 

Once the return has been received at our office we will inform you and refund you within 3-5 business days. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned. This applies to final sale products and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please bear in mind that every item we sell is unique and they will all by nature be slightly different.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the return is approved by us, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
